Don, it is very simple, the fact that Samsung announced restart and intentions of doubling output (2 MM units per month was it?), that others will come up with similar announcements (including Micron, sooner or later), will reignite the crescendo missed last September. While the market may view the announcement of moving into the communication as a move of "there is no problem so big you can't run away from", I really view it as "most of the PC tasks are accomplished, let's move to the next future target".
