It is not at all clear what is going on at this stage, It looks
to me that groups unknown might be trying for a hostile takeover
of IVM.

We should definitely see some action on Monday on the market.

One of the regular orders of business was to reelect the six directors. Well, some securities lawyer (representing the "bad
guys") jumped up and said that he wanted to nominate 6 other
people to the board and that this would cause the six old
directors to get kicked off the board.

So the IVM lawyer went off to consult with his boys back in
Vancouver (The AGM was in Kamloops; don't ask me why) and a couple
of hours later, he came out again and the meeting continued.
Basically the bad guy lawyer thought he had IVM by the short and curlies, but it is not clear (to me, at least) if that is true.
The meeting was adjourned cuz none of the stockholders present
me included) understood what the heck was going on. Another
meeting will be held in about two months....

Fun, fun fun!
