JS: the following stocks did not exhibit any of the pre-annoucement run-ups (during the hours/day): XYLN, FORE, PLAT.
The were simply halted in the morning...it was business as usuall until then and people said the same thing you are saying "not serious about buyout", "who needs em", "owners won't sell", etc.
My point is, the message is out there: - Newspapers, analysts, reporters, ex-executives, current insiders, volume, price range, 100K blocks on the bid, etc - all of these point to a buy-out occuring soon |
