Look up the distinction between "employee" and "contractor." I'll give you that one, an employee can steal without end if they are not caught, a contractor can only take a pre-determined amount as set forth in the contract terms, but you never said you were a contractor, you stated that you worked for the National Weather Service so you answered my question, you were a lair then!! Facts are facts and the truth is the truth, it comes out eventually, as now!!! wb
