Audited financials...lol!!! Every single CPA I have spoken with says and calls BS on this. Those financials should have been completed 2 months ago. Even if translating from Manderin Chinese. Shake I agree with the above and the rest of your post also. very realistic and bang, hits the nail on the head. Time for a complete change, the whole friggin board and Les Price, bring in the professionals. If they do not, they will lose the property in the end.
