agreed.. I've sent etrade probably a dozen emails and spoken with 2 managers... and even sent the COO a note about the IPO process...

they love the way they do it now
it's 100% random..
they admit someone could get 100 IPOs in a row while another gets 100 DJs in a row..
they aren't going to change it
their goal is that every customer gets at least 1 IPO PER YEAR!

If they'd quit giving some accounts 10 IPOs a month.. maybe the rest of us could have a shot..

wow, etrade passed us up today and as a result we lost the opportunity to make $20,000 to $30,000 in one day..

that's almost an entire year's salary for me... and would have increased my portfolio value 7 to 10times over.. but oh well... i couldn't even get the IREP which closed up 10% let alone 1000% gains on LNUX..

love to hear if anyone out there got the LNUX IPO.. sold and increased their portfolio worth several times over..

those that had under $5000 and got the IPO must be very happy.. those with $500,000 in their accounts.. what's another 20k.. big deal.. again CONGRATS to those who got it... AWESOME!

ps... anyone who didn't sell LNUX today and got it at $30 IPO... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?!?!?!?!?! In your wildest dreams you couldn't have imagined LNUX over $250!
