Before it gets started, I'll say-->Bill Gates is regularly selling his shares of Microsoft. He sells 1 or 10 Million shares at a time. He is regularly doing so.

Frank Peters told us 18 - 24 months ago he plans to sell some of his shares at $5 and at $10, at $15 at $20 and so on. This is part of his strategy that his Financial Consultant and Accountants have advised him to do. Just like nearly every other CEO with their major holdings in one company.

So far, Frank has NOT SOLD any of his shares in a long time. If he chooses to do so, and capitalize on the strategy that he outlined (above) nearly two years ago. That's fine with me. It certainly does NOT mean the company is not a Strong Buy, in fact it IS a Strong Buy right now. This company will Spin Off it's FNET company in this next calendar year. That means these FCM shares are worth a lot, NOW.

Don't worry about Frank or others selling. I've held my shares for over 4 years and accumulated more and more and more. I've visited the company, shaken Frank's hand. This company is going NORTH big-time. The fundamentals have continued to IMPROVE. We'll see $50 in 2000! (JMO)
