Thanks Grace...I think that most of us have come to really depend on SI for info, and when it isn't working correctly (like most of the business day today) we ALL notice.... I personally would feel better if we had a note from SI saying there was a problem...that way we could use other sources for info that day, and again realize JUST HOW MUCH WE LOVE SI (when it is working) and WHY!!! THANKS again for sending your note... KLP
