Now, now, don't say dilution. The CFO will tell you that issuing shares above book value is NOT dilution. Of course, he might not have enough street smarts to know that that is an insult to all of us who know that issuing shares means lower EPS and THAT'S what WE mean by dilution. I guess he doesn't care what the company earns or what happens to shareholders. Book value my ass! No one gives a hoot about book value in a company like this.
