I have seen buyouts occur both ways, hardly a ripple in the water or it runs crazy like a raped ape for a few hours or sometimes days and on occasion weeks,( DEC) for instance. NN is big enough that those in the know when the deal is struck can buy, they can call trusted friends and relatives, and they can buy and still not run the price up much more than it ran today. That is why I think we cannot depend on a clear and obvious signal that a deal is done by expecting dramatic price action, although that could certainly happen. I firmly believe this stock will be bought and it could happen in a matter of days, hence I am loading the boat and taking the subsequent risks. Good luck to all of us.
