Please educate me,
1. What does this mean for the USRX price?

John,

I suspect that USRX will not increase much in price even if they far exceed analyst estimates. They are tied to COMS. The market needs comfort with the earnings of COMS for the group to go up any significant amount.

2. What will have more influence in teh USR stock price, USRX earnings
or the COMS performance?

I believe the performance of COMS. The two companies must move together.

3. Will the 3COM merger go trhough? Is it good or bad for USRX stock
price?

The merger will almost defintiely go through. USRX CEO says it is good for USRX. Only time will tell that. I believe Casey knows more about USRX and COMS than we. However, my feeling is that USRX would be far better without COMS at least during the next year or two. Voting the merger down is almost impossible. The directors and officers have almost enough shares to pass the vote. They will vote yes because they are the ones that decided to approve a merger in the first place. There are many investor that do not even vote their proxies.

I am going to stay with USRX. However, I never wanted anything to do with COMS. This came as a surprise to me after I bought into USRX heavily at an average of 72.
