Zeev:
You are sounding like RMBS is going to take off and fly like some i-net or Linnux piece of crap. If you want short term price moves, try Ariel or Corel.

The CC was a event to tell analysts that RMBS is not downsizing or going out of business because the best case plans with PC RDRAM are not occuring as anticipated. About a year ago, Intel put a slide on their web site with 100% PC market share. Tate himself went on PR road tour just this July stating their goal was 50% market share. Now realistically for the next twelve months 10% looks realistic.

I think mail goal of management today was to stop the stock slide as best that a group of engineers can do with Wall Street analysts. I heard a lot worse that this one today. There was some pointed questions from more than one Allience Capital analyst, not one of the current top ten institution holders, who appeared not to have gotten the exact answers they were looking for with their questions by the tone in their voice when ending their telephone session.
However, there is always new buyer for every seller. I think analysts came away in the worst case that RMBS has more going for it that the value of the furniture and in the best case may still be main memory choice from 2001 on.

For those wanting to know this is institutional holdings of RMBS as of 9/30/99.
