Hardline,

A low pole occurs when a column of O's exceeds the previous column of O's by at least 3 boxes, and then reverses into a a column of X's. The column of X's are more than 50% of the previous column of O's.

This time the DJBB only went two boxes below the the previous column of O's, therefore we need to see 99.6 for the buy signal.
