Would you guys beleive I first found SMSI about 2 months ago on a screening? It was right after it had tanked from near 2 dollars down to about 70 cents a share. I figured the stock was oversold at that point, and intended to buy it at 13/16 - 7/8 (20,000 shares) for a bounce back to 2. I missed it by about 5 minutes that morning, and decided to stay away. Sure enough, it bounced right back to 2, and then eased back down to about 1-1/2. Then our friend Bouf was presenting it all over the place, and I even remember him asking Rande what his opinion of it was. Rande's was the same as mine. (Dead money for a while)I never said anything to Bouf about the stock, because I figured it was a nice little company going thru some problems, and he would probably fare well with it long term. Boy, I wonder if Bouf still has his. Where are you Bouf?

That just goes to show you, anything can happen in this market. Anything. And you seldom ever really know what you are holding. There is no beating this market. You trade too much, you mess up. You hold too long, you mess up. The best you can do is just cross your fingers and prey for someone to jam a horseshoe up your ass real far. Or, you become a front-loading Guru with a big following, and enjoy it while it lasts. PERL is going higher.
