I figure the cyclical down-side of the last semi cycle is what dragged them down, but I know little about CFMT's early history.

What brought about their "past glory" of $40/sh? Was it just the euphoria of the last semi-cycle run-up, or did they have some terrific earnings, terrific product, both, or what?.....and why is there no chance to repeat this time around?
