Options and warrants are issued at a price that reflects the price that the stock was at when it was issued. It merely states the facts of what was but it is no indicator of what will be. I have options on things that never came back ever. The more news releases that state financing has been done compared to progress or earnings the less likely the company is going to see higher stock prices. That I know for sure! I have been ripped off too many times by these companies to not know that one.
