Rocky: FWIW, The only reason I happen to half follow this stock is because I have a brother that owns some shares. Back awhile ago I was looking into it for him and remember seeing some news that a few states (3) were looking into possible regulatory or billing issues (something along those lines)by PDX. My best guess is the street would not like that kind of thing. bruce
