That's not exactly it Mark. I don't trust GIFS management. I don't know what it would take to restore my faith in management. While true, I have bought stocks before with questionable management, there was usually some overriding factor that made me purchase. GIFS was on a fast track last year so I could have cared less about management. But after a stock like GIFS falls back and tries to climb again and doesn't succeed, it becomes more and more difficult. I will say it again. I don't think GIFS will be able to sustain a level above $2-2.50 AFTER the CRIC audit/deal is completed. Then what? What is going to propel it higher? Don't tell me earnings. People said this for the last two quarters. They said wait for the earnings. We did, and got nowhere. Now all I hear is wait for the audit. What happens when the audit is completed and GIFS doesn't appreciate significantly? What else do they have in the works that is going to propel the stock? I guess it would help the price if they had revenues coming in from the travel centers(NASCAR), or IMXS. It doesn't look like GIFS is going to be announcing revenues for these or the gold mine anytime soon. Are all the investors here prepared to wait for many months until these things happen? I could maybe if the price just sat there. But it doesn't. If GIFS didn't feed us tidbits every so often the price slowly bleeds to death. Soon they are going to run out of meaningful info to release. Then what? Announcing more acquisitions aren't going to help the stock price. They have to prove that they can generate serious income from the one's they have already got before taking on more.
