Hi Glenn,

Can you please help me understand something? In what way will you benefit from the XPDR IPO by holding shares of MMWW? I'm trying to determine if that is a smart course of action. Are you going to get shares of XPDR in exchange for some portion of your MMWW shares? If so, is it too late for me to go that path?
