DocStone, I wish I were able to provide some clues to demystify things for you. All I know is that it has been exactly 1 week to the day since Rule 309 has been rescinded. I have no reason to doubt ASTN isn't busy putting everything into place, locking things down, dotting i's and crossing t's. It would be nice to see a more immediate reaction, but my guess is that most do not realize what sort of ramifications the demise of Rule 309 will have until the fullness of time. That fullness of time when ASTN completes its final phases and all is in place. We then will begin to see the clear and direct benefit to the end of Rule 390. Exactly what it opens up for ASTN will be proven by the numbers traded in the corresponding securities. Sorry for not providing any sort of Rosetta Stone...doc. Nanchate
