dan, Do you have any conspiracy theories on mesg's behavior today, i.e. closing at the low of the day? Also aside from the lack of coverage, what would you attribute the exponential disparity in valuation between MESG & CPTH, MAIL, KANA, DIGI, XACT or any other? Clearly there is a massive seller (or multiple), I would think that Van Wagoner wouldn't agree to the equity stake if some inst. was going to dump shares one month later. Any ideas?
