It was a mix. Not a huge selloff. The stock headed south from the open.

What was odd was that there was nothing in the PR that was different from what had been anticipated in recent months leading up to the news release.

It was almost as bad as if the deal had fallen through completely.

The company just originated a large batch of business(>300M), they clearly aren't headed down the tubes. Lend Lease just paid them 250MM for a piece of AMMB, permitting them to pay down substantial debt and continue leaner but much more profitable...and the net effect of all this is the stock closed down???
