...whether or not the Qualcomm/Samsung relationship would be jeopardized by Q selling the handset division to the Nokia?

If I may interject here..

Samsung is heavily invested in CDMA and can ill afford to walk away from QCOM. They may not be happy about it but to paraphrase an old joke: "Where does a gorilla sit? Anywhere he wants!"
