An observation found on the Yahoo board RE: The EGRP/TBFC Merger The ETrade Proxy is requesting an increase of shares of over 11M on the proxy. I believe that with its approval it would put Softbank below the 25% mark allowing the deal.* Chris C. is appears to be a very smart man from where I'm sitting. -Mary
