It was in reference to a Size D cells, meaning the larger cells are difficult to manufacture and recharge due to the risk of explosion as a result of temperature runaway. VLNC' s Manganese technology eliminates this risk. Since VLNC has all the patents on Mn VLNC owns the intellectual property, and probably most trade secrets of manufacturing the Mn cells. Therefore VLNC IS the only entity that can offer this technology. Ram
