Spoke to IHTL's SEC attorney. As you should know, IHTL's "e" designation is no surprise as otcbb.com has complete listings of delisting information.

The attorney was very matter or fact; said the company is like most of the companies and did not anticipate the delays (about 70% of all companies in IHTL's delisting period currently have a "FAIL" rating and are getting an "e" today).

He said that people have more than penalized the stock price for what is only a temporary problem. Said that getting a quotation on the Electronic Quotation System used on the "pinks" is no big deal and coming off the "pinks" is not a big deal either. I quizzed him about having to line up the MM's again, but he said it was no big deal.

Hey, maybe stocks trade fairer on the "pinks" without MM's..LOL.

PS-- I am very disappointed in Phil Flynn who swore (literally) up and down that the "e" would not come, even after I directed him to the otcbb site. He was very insulting but I sense it was because he is frustrated at the raw deal this company has gotten. Still no reason for his rudeness or his being so uninformed. All he had to do was call the Company's own SEC attorney.
