PS by the way AL, owners take stock payouts instead of cash because they fully expect the stock to rise and not fall....if they wanted to sell right away (which they cant anyway because such deals are usually subject to 2 year restrictions) they would take CASH only and not stock.......serious double bottom in place at 20 in OFIS and the stock has fallen from 44 already....your risk reward being short here is very low indeed and as a matter of fact last weeks Barrons picked up on this company (OFIS) and commented on how UNDERVALUED it is, probably due to the selloff in office depot and Staples because of the failed merger.....a case of throwing out the baby with the bathwater................just my humble opinion...........;^)
