Dave, thanks for the update. This attorney may not think much of going to the pinks but I sure do. It's a no holds bared arena, no disqualification, anything goes.

I've never followed a company on the pink sheets, don't know if there's anything good about it or what the trading rules are with my broker, nuthin'.

But, I do believe that this set back is not permanent.
