Some funds must be lightening up on semis. VTSS has also been very erratic lately, after analyst upgrades (to the mid 60's). (currently 46 1/2, well off its high) RFMD, too is sluggish from 80's into 60's and just starting to recover some upward motion. I think the money is following the mo-mo into internets, linux ipos, and profit taking pre Y2K. Uptrend will probably resume in January after the internets sell off.
