Eagle Scout,

Lehman Brothers is initiating coverage with a Buy, don't know if it is a 1 or a 2, but I believe the target is $70, not $80. I may be wrong. What the hey, 70 or 80. My feeling is that Lehman calls command a lot of attention as compared to some of the underwriters.

Bonds are futures are going nuts and the general market should have a great day. Hopefully, the same will be true for Tyco.
