but, if ya can't handle the reporting BB
Jim, you are correct, it is a complete screw up that they have not filed. Why? I doubt anyone really knows for sure. They did indicate that they would file shortly, well I say its Chit or get off the pot time, WRT filings.
Another thought though, with projected income that they have referred to in previous releases, (ie at 200 million per year their per centage drops to 10 %) one would think the contract would be very valuable.
Now Shengli is a very large field, the techniques being applied are proven and measurable.
Thus if the company makes 50 million net of taxes next year, that is 4.54 per share earnings after tax, well its against my policy to speculate share price so, what P/E does the market put on Digital,
1 In current state, on pinks, being non reporting in my opinion the stock will trade between 25 and 50 cents,
2 If a Price Waterhouse, KPMG accounting firm comes on board and examines the contract, the cash flows etc etc and is retained as the accounting firm for the company, puts out a report (naturally with the usually accounting disclaimers) the market may put a P/E of 5 times on the company (very conservative), in current state.
3 As soon as this income starts to flow, its anyone's guess as to the P/E the market will put on the company, auto companies trade at 10:1,
Having said the above, it is now time for the company to act..............
we have all heard shortly many times, there is no good reasons for not getting the balance of the job done,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
One comment WRT the inter net side of things, this company has not performed since day one on the inter net side and I would hope they would spin that off and get it the heck out of Digital Gas, at the moment it is the oil and gas deal that will make or break this company.
The inter net, well that could work but they will have to spend millions of dollars to promote web sites to gain a market share. Have you people noticed the increased advertising of web sites on national television this year for Xmas? WOW, 25 times what there was last year.
So on my Xmas wish list in order of what I want to see,
1 Financial details of contract with a name brand (ie Price Waterhouse) attached to it.
2 Filing or application to a real exchange, pink sheets are Bull Chit as small guys get screwed, EVERYTIME.
3 Announced date for a team of people to head for China to start working for without work being performed the stock will continue to trade where it is.
4 If this is the real deal and the company has the potential to make 100's of millions of dollars over the next 5 years I would like to see the stock split so that the "big boys" can come and play. With 10 million outstanding there will be no liquidity for them.
5 Everyone of course is concerned about the spread between bid and ask, well if they get on a real exchange the spread between bid and ask should be the same as a General Motors or J P Morgan, period.
So Digital will I be happy before Xmas, now I am big enough to know Santa does not deliver everything on Xmas day, but it should all be done by Ukrainian Xmas for sure. (that is, if you do not know January 7.)
TIME FOR DIGITAL'S LITTLE ELVES TO GET TO WORK AND VERY IMPORTANT----------- GET THE JOB DONE |
