Bruce -- I don't understand your disappointment. The transaction with Foreman will be accretive to earnings, and is $24M in stock, not 24M shares. During this morning's conference call, last year's EPS was restated up by an additional $1, and Salton projected EPS of $5.00 for next year. Currently, SFP is trading at a leading PE of only 6, with continued projected growth of around 40% (or nearly 100% with the restated earnings). I repeat: The short squeeze has begun. -- Jim
