All they could suggest was to
clear my Netscape cache. Yah right.

I was referring specifically to the amount of time it took a
"registered representative" to make sure that my order was
in line with my investment objectives (LOL).

The best thing that could happen to the Cdn markets right now
is the elimination of the STUPID Know-Your-Client rule. It
is this one piece of red tape that is causing problems for
so many people.

...very frustrating.
