I personally don't know whether TICE or any of his agents was short TYC, but it sure will be interesting to see what the SEC turns up. Desperate men do desperate deeds. Never said TICE was a fool. Now the folks that invested in his fund, that's another story. Anyone who puts up with 30-40% annual losses over a period when the markets have doubled may well qualify for the fool category in some circles! Cheers Alohal
