Jaxax. TDSC's share price has entered my buying range but by my own self-imposed investment rules I am forbidden to buy it now! The offending statement in the press release that locks me out of this stock is: "Gordon L. Almquist, vice president, finance and chief financial officer...have resigned to pursue other interests." That's it..nothing more. It doesn't matter to me why he is leaving or if TDSC will be better off with someone else. I've watched too many investors get burned when a CFO is replaced with someone who exposes all of his predecessors mistakes/coverups etc. I've noticed this to be an issue with a lot of small cap companies lately. So, I can't buy into this stock until a new CFO has been at the helm for 1 full quarter. See ya' in the fall of '97! - David
