And possibly miss the opportunity IF China and India goes CDMA for the 3G? I think the risk is way too big for them to chance it. Look at Samsung, who did sign up and is playing. they have stuff in China and India and the US. Nokia has NONE OF THIS in CDMA. I think they recaled all their CDMA phones and are essentially missing out on the business opps. I would see them at least using hte factory for a few years and staying in the IS-95 game to build branding and customer realtionships.
