Competitors are companies like Tibco (TIBX) and Agile S/W
(AGIL). They're trading at about 100 times annualized
last quarter revenues.

iManage has some great customers - WalMart, AOL, Schwab,
Airtouch, Mariott, etc. in an exploding market segment.
