Hi f: Nope. I am avoiding TYC like the plague. You're right, it's verrry risky. I'm not at all sure that the accounting thing is overblown and I have NO INTEREST in a stock that's about to settle into a trading range. I'm trying to make money! <ggg> FWIW, re NITE .... I bought another batch this morning at 50 5/8 and then sold 2/3 of my total position at 54. I'm planning to hold the rest and PU more at 49. I think we'll have a nice move here over the next week, Mr. K is making chicken soup (world's best, of course - like the pizza) at the moment, but we're due to go out later and chop down an X-mas tree. The weather is pretty gloomy here and threatening rain so we're frolicking indoors today. <ggg> K
