I have to agree with Kent on this one. Even if RTIN had the cash, it would be an ill-advised decision to recklessly close and "all cash" deal when they could possibly negotiate a deal with much better terms. I'll admit, I'm a little disappointed in the PR, but I do not view it as a negative event. Don P.
