UBS:V - PHPI (small) seems to be on the run this morning. Any reason for the jump of .60 cents as of a few minutes ago? Stock now at $3.40 +. When it hit $2.10 this week was my most depressed time in weeks, but happyland is here again. Target $4.00, then I'll think about selling for 1-week profit of $1.00/share.
