Hello Edward, Robin and all:

Just started looking at Derlan as a result of their
possible relationship with Spellcaster.

From what I can gather Spellcaster, if it were to go public,
would be a pure play in a company focusing on linux since
1995. It is making money now (imagine that!) and deals with
the likes of Cisco and Bell Atlantic and would likely
be considered a leader in this area.

Were Spellcaster to go public (and you have to believe it would be a strong possibility given the current climate
for linux) even a SMALL share of this company could be significant to Derlan.

Are you and Robin still of the beleif that Derlan has a 50%
stake in Spellcaster?

Good luck
