Ken, I echo everything you are saying. The site was down for most of the morning. Totally unusable. I have noticed a pattern. Every time they post the allocations for an IPO the site either gets very slow or goes down. I think their system is way overloaded. There has been increased response times with the increase in market volume. I put in an order at 3:51 PM one day which did not get placed before the market closed at 4PM. Talk about poor execution. No way am I going to pay twice as much for worse service. I am going elsewhere. Anyone have any recommendations based on actual personal experience? Jim Jim
