David -- Do you see any lessons or have any comments w/r IDX and the article? One that comes to my mind is that IDX "listened" to Oracle like 3Com listened to Sun ... has IDX grown up and is now listening to their customers so that they can provide what the customer needs NOW rather last year? And ... I think the point about _selling_ the product is important (which brings to mind your posts w/r to IDX's pricing actions). What do we have in this company: an IDX selling now what would have been great _last_ year or an IDX getting ready to sell what is wanted slightly ahead of now (Verisign's success?)? Terry
