RollerBall Announces New EzRiders Product Line To Mass Market Accounts
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- RollerBall International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ROLL - news) today announced the launch of its newest line of inline skate products, EzRiders(TM), which is positioned for mass market distribution channels. The EzRiders line consists of both expandable and non-expandable 3-ball skates for kids and a molded-boot style 4-ball model in adult sizes. EzRiders are currently scheduled for delivery into European retail markets for the spring 2000 selling season and are currently being presented to US mass market accounts.

Designed specifically to address the retail price points and margin requirements demanded by mass market channels of distribution, EzRiders will make the features and benefits of RollerBall's patented spherical wheel technologies available to a wider consumer audience.

According to Jack Forcelledo, RollerBall's Founder and CEO, ``The EzRiders line makes RollerBall© technology more affordable to parents of fast growing children and to first-time inline skate buyers. Once they experience the outstanding 'balance, stability and control' provided by the exclusive RollerBall spherical wheel system, we feel they will stay within the RollerBall franchise for their next inline purchase. Our pricing strategies and model mix accommodate consumer needs from mass market retail pricing through high-line, professional quality soft boot skates. In our opinion, there are no better recreational inline skates than EzRiders and RollerBall skates.'

The EzRiders line consists of three models: EzR3 XpanZ(TM), a three-ball skate with expandable boots and liners with two SKUs to cover sizes 12j-2 and 3-6; EzR3, non-expandable three-ball models in individual sizes 12j-6; and EzR4, a four-ball skate in adult unisex sizes 5-12. Each of these models features exclusive eye-catching EzRiders' packaging to stand out from the crowd on retailer's shelves.

RollerBall skates are currently available at retail outlets nationwide including selected Jumbo Sports, Dunham's, MVP Sports and G. I. Joe's. They are also sold at Champs and Sport Chalet as well as through QVC and Home Shopping Network and are available from Internet outlets such as: TheHut.com, JCPenney.com, Fingerhut.com, Gear.com, Netskate.com as well as RollerBall Sports Online at rollerballskates.com.
