Jeffrey: One note of caution....I have owned two stocks that offerred RegS stock options overseas. In both instances, it KILLED the stock price for one year. I do not like negative posts, so I will leave it at that, but this very likely helps explain the current price of this stock and the effect could last into the future. There was a big discussion of this issue (RegS) on the AKSEF thread about a year ago; lots of explanations and grumblings. Today the stock is at 3 1/2 when everyone says it should be at least 6. The other stock with similar problems is LASX, which also has a thread on SI. That stock is currently at 21/32. Sorry.
