The bottom line here is that projected earnings going forward will not be as good as projected because of the extra share dilution. While their prospects look good they still have to deliver on better margins and the like. That's what makes this one speculative. Someone needs to watch for any insider selling as a clue that things may not be going as well as they should. The dilution of the shares without a preannouncement worries me that they are not that concerned about their shareholders.
