The company said that it has designed the network by leasing dark fiber as an alternative to the current leasing of bandwidth capacity. The Korean, high-speed Internet ISP expects a dramatic decrease in lease payments by choosing dark fiber over bandwidth as subscribers increases. The stock is trading of 1/2 to 65 3/8. I like the decrease in lease payments. Jack
