I am 4 out 11 or 12 with MSDW/Discover so far, but they have turned me down 3 straight times after 25 shares of UPS, inclusing CFLO, MCAF and FMRK. I am very disappointed. I think it is getting harder after the renaming to MSDW Online. Not worth the increased commission in my opinion. I will keep it open, but will turn my frequent trading to TD Waterhouse.
