Update on IPVoice.com, Inc. -- OTC:BB -- IPVC -- Stock Quotes
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1999--In response to shareholder inquiries, IPVoice.com(TM) has announced an update on accessing stock quotes.
As was explained in an earlier press release, IPVoice.com, Inc. has met all NASD requirements to meet the phase-in requirements to remain a company quoted on the OTC:BB. These requirements, enacted earlier this year, required IPVoice to file and complete the comment period with the SEC before January 12, 2000. IPVoice will be effective on January 2, 2000 and has received a letter from the SEC stating that there would be no further review or comment to the Company's Form 10SB filing.
IPVoice.com's counsel has indicated that a letter stating this has been sent to the NASD, along with a copy of the confirmation of filing of the Form 10SB and a copy of the letter from the SEC indicating no further comment. This notice should allow the ``e' notation to be removed in a timely manner.
To access current information on IPVoice.com, Inc. stock, shareholders should enter ``IPVCE' into search engines. This will bring up price, volume and other information that shareholders are used to seeing under the IPVC symbol. Also, IPVoice is in the process of moving their website.
