To all: forgive me if this is a repeat--Jim Blanchard's current newsletter presents the following--summarized from a long article: "One theory put forth by analyst John Kaiser is based on the fact that fresh drill core is typically sprayed with a water bottle by an on site geologist so that the mineral structure can be clearly examined and logged. Possibly the only way so many samples could be consistently comtaminated with foreign gold would be if that water was spiked with a solution of auric cloride. This solution of disolved gold would dry, leaving the gold contamination behind in the crushed ore samples. The natural gold values of the ore would provide fluctuating background readings that would make the fake assays look all the more real. The beauty of this scheme is that it could involve very few people, making it easier to keep secret."
Hmmmm, interesting--but sure have to fill that bottle a lot!
Any comments guys and gals??? Ron W
